It’s not news that coffee has many health benefits. In addition to its energy-boosting power, studies have linked coffee to a lower risk of type 2 diabetes, depression, obesity, heart and liver conditions, and more. All of this is super awesome because over 1 billion people drink coffee every day!
The latest in coffee health science, out of the University of Verona, is focused on espresso coffee, specifically, and concerns something called tau.
